We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Figma Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas and requirements into high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality UI/UX interfaces using Figma for web and mobile platforms
- Create wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
- Build, maintain, and scale reusable design systems and components
- Translate business and product requirements into intuitive user-friendly designs
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products
- Follow UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and usability standards
- Conduct design iterations based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics
- Prepare design assets and documentation for smooth developer handoff
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Variants
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color theory
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for both web and mobile devices
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to improve collaboration with development teams
- Ability to clearly explain and justify design decisions to stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics and usability
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems
- Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and user interviews
- Familiarity with additional tools such as FigJam, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments
- Understanding of product lifecycle and user-centered design processes
